Nav is an intelligent productivity app designed to help students and professionals stay focused, organized, and disciplined. Built during this hackathon, Nav combines time management, AI-driven learning, and event tracking into one seamless platform.
With Nav, users can connect their Google Calendar, upload course syllabi or documents, and let AI automatically extract key deadlines and create personalized study schedules. The app generates to-do lists from upcoming events and even quizzes users on uploaded lecture slides to reinforce learning.
Nav rewards productivity with a unique point-based system -complete tasks, earn points, and unlock short, guilt-free breaks. The built-in Focus Mode helps eliminate distractions by blocking selected websites until users finish studying or writing reflections.
All data - from sign-ins to events and study progress - is securely stored on Snowflake, ensuring privacy and scalability. Nav integrates with Google APIs for seamless calendar updates and is powered by AI models for smart summaries, testing, and content generation.
In the future, Nav aims to scale into a cross-platform mobile app with React Native, offering premium features such as advanced AI summarization, deeper analytics, and smart coaching for improved focus and productivity.
