our 1st feature senior sakhi, a ai companionship for old women which offers friendly chats including voice input and integrations,.
under senior sakhi, we have wellness check where user can use ai analysis , share their problem and our ai will analysis the situation.
we have medicine reminders which will allow users to remember their medicine time and help them maintain their health in times of sickness
next is SOS, as of old age if any emergency arises this feature will alert the ambulance and police nearby so that urgent help can be given.
our 2nd feature, Nirbhaya Net it is designed to avoid cyber threats, as all are on internet and there is too much data exposed on the net.
the digital risk profiling ask users about their online activity and which platform they have used, based on this ai gives a safety report.

Inspiration

Nariksha was inspired by a simple but painful truth: women’s struggles are often invisible, normalized, or ignored. Elderly women suffer loneliness and neglect behind closed doors Many women face abuse but never speak it aloud Cyber threats target women differently and more aggressively Financial dependence limits freedom more than we admit

We realized that one solution cannot serve all women, but one platform can listen to all of them.

Nariksha means “observer” — a silent, respectful presence that notices what society overlooks.

Nariksha is an AI-powered platform that protects, supports, and empowers women across all stages of life—emotionally, physically, digitally, and financially.

It does this through four core capabilities:

Companionship & Care: Provides elderly women with a gentle, voice-based AI companion that reduces loneliness, gives health reminders, and detects emergencies.

Silent Safety Support: Detects hidden signs of domestic abuse through language and behavior patterns and offers discreet, safe help without directly asking dangerous questions.

Cyber Protection: Acts as a personal cyber guardian by identifying online threats like stalking, blackmail, fake profiles, and image misuse, while guiding women safely and privately.

Financial Empowerment: Educates women about money in simple language, helps plan budgets and goals, and builds confidence in saving and investing.

In essence: 👉 Nariksha listens when women can’t speak, protects when threats aren’t visible, and empowers women to live with dignity, safety, and independence.

How we built it

Nariksha is built using Gemini API and Genkit to create an ethical, empathetic, and context-aware AI system.

Gemini API powers natural, human-like conversations, emotional understanding, storytelling, and simple explanations for sensitive topics like abuse, health, finance, and cyber safety. Genkit is used to orchestrate AI workflows—connecting language analysis, risk detection, reminders, and safety logic into reliable, modular features. Voice-first and multilingual design ensures accessibility for elderly and non-tech-savvy users. Privacy-first architecture with consent-based data handling and local processing wherever possible. Modular design allows women to use only the features they need, safely and independently.

Together, Gemini + Genkit enable Nariksha to listen intelligently, respond gently, and act responsibly.
