NanoColloid

Developing an aerossol of functional nanoparticles to kill and/or deactivate the covid-19 virus. The Nanoparticles are release in atmosphere and turn any normal surface in a smart surface when coated.

My inspiration is to help people get back to their normal life routines without being in danger of catching the virus.

The Nanocolloid project is focus on developing an aerossol of functional nanoparticles that attached themselves to the virus to deactivated and/or kill him. There are different objectives of the project: 1 - Release the nanoparticles in the atmosphere to catch the virus and deactivated before with can be spread to people. 2 - Turn normal surfaces into smart surface when they are coated with the functional nanoparticles. 3 - The propagation of the nanoparticles in the atmosphere is supposed to be tracked via satellites, hopefully the sentinels satellites from ESA, that are used for atmosphere monitoring and air quality.

The development of the nanoparticles has some challenges, being the main one, the possible toxicity of the nanoparticles and how they are going to be attached to the virus.
