Vim syntax highlighting scripts for the nand2tetris course AKA The Elements of Computing Systems

I was working through some of the projects in The Elements of Computing Systems and I noticed Vim did not have appropriate syntax highlighting. So I cobbled together a vim syntax script for the hardware description language.
