Nalam Bharat was inspired by the lack of healthcare awareness and accessibility in rural India. Many people in villages are unaware of common diseases, preventive measures, and when to seek medical help. This motivated us to build a platform that can educate and empower rural communities using technology. Our solution is an AI-powered platform that provides simple, reliable, and easy-to-understand health information. It focuses on spreading awareness about diseases, hygiene, and preventive care. The platform is designed with a user-friendly interface so that even people with limited digital knowledge can access it easily. We also aimed to include regional language support to make the platform more inclusive. We built the project using the Wix platform to quickly develop and deploy a functional website. AI tools were used to structure content, generate ideas, and improve user experience. During development, we faced challenges such as simplifying medical information, designing for rural users, and ensuring accessibility. Despite these challenges, we learned how to create user-focused solutions and work effectively as a team. This project reflects our vision to bridge the healthcare gap and create a healthier, more aware rural India.
