Inspiration
Modern cities generate massive amounts of traffic, environmental, and infrastructure data, yet city operators often rely on disconnected systems that slow decision-making during emergencies. We wanted to build a single intelligent platform where AI, Digital Twins, and real-time telemetry work together to help cities respond faster, operate smarter, and become more resilient.
What it does
NagarNetra AI is an AI-powered Smart City Command Center that provides a real-time Digital Twin of a city combined with predictive intelligence.
The platform includes:

Operators can simulate emergencies, monitor city-wide infrastructure, visualize AI recommendations, and observe how the system automatically responds to changing conditions.

The Digital Twin is procedurally generated and optimized for performance using instanced rendering techniques while the AI layer provides structured reasoning for operational decisions.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was synchronizing multiple systems—including the Digital Twin, AI Engine, telemetry streams, simulations, and dashboards—into a unified experience.
Designing smooth 3D interactions while maintaining performance, implementing realistic city simulations, and creating an intuitive enterprise-grade interface also required significant iteration.
