Authentication Using FireBase

Inspiration

This was mainly inspired by the fact we were tricked when we first arrived in Gujrat, the auto-rickshaw drives were telling us obnoxious prices for reaching hostel from train

What it does

It helps in predicting taxi fares in the future for a safer commute in newer places and helps in showing fairness in the negotiation process with the taxi drivers in the future

How we built it

We have used previous data to train a model that will predict the estimated fare for the trip and this will be updated with the arrival of new data

Challenges we ran into

When we tried to integrate maps when we needed data about longitudes and latitudes, this led to the pages' failure as we could not retrieve the longitudes and latitudes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

This is our first project together as a team and we were able to develop a working project in the given timeframe the cooperation between our teammates was the best which led to the deploying a working ML project

What we learned

Many new things were learned here as the deployment of an ML model was a new topic for us and we were able to learn about authentication and verification on a login page with the help of Firebase
