The reason for the delay in dealing between regulators and pilgrims is Solve problems by hierarchical organization way. We create a platform that tries to eliminate the time takes to deliver any assistance to the pilgrims. By scanning "Swar alhajj " and import his information and order the service.In 3 years of collecting & analysis information from our platform. We will organize Hajj without human intervention. We will help organizations plan their staff standing, recognize weak areas.
Our Platform helps in : -
- Solving communication problems when the pilgrims need help( different languages, and also the problem of deaf and dumb.
- Guidance pilgrims faster.
- Fast communication between regulators.
- The ease and speed of ordering services for the pilgrim through the system.
Example :
case 1 : Haj does not know his way back to the camp. He will go to the security man and ask for help. The security man did not find any of the scouts around him, he would survey the pilgrim's bracelet through the application and then he would ask a man scout. The app will call the nearest scout man in the area.
The application works with all official and voluntary regulatory sectors. The scout man will be able to help. The security man will not leave his position or be preoccupied with communicating with the administration to ask for a scout. When there is a medical condition, the volunteer can ask the nearest paramedic. If the condition is serious, the program will ask the nearest paramedic and also an ambulance
