We were working on the problem statement of NoBroker where we have to predict the rent range for a given property. Here for this problem statement we have designed a Machine Learning Algorithm to predict the rent range. We used Multi-Linear Regression to design the required algorithm for the given problem statement. Here in this project we have several filters for tenant to look for a property of his choice. The filters allow tenant to look for the property in accordance to the preferred locality/area, property type, level/floor preference, public services, amenities, etc. As the the filter will get applied the rent range will automatically get modified for all the properties available, and at the end the tenant will end up getting a property that completely satisfies his need.
