Inspiration
Considering how to maximize real benefit from using transportation data, we realized people staying off the roads at peak times would improve both safely and efficiency. Businesses would want to be involved also because they would benefit in distributing their customer load.
What it does
Provide financial incentives for drivers to travel off peak times. At any moment they can say I'd like to go to Kroger right now...based on my road conditions to my Kroger right now it'll tell me my incentive rate will be vs. later this evening.
