Misinformation runs rampant on the internet especially when it concerns medical information. Researching takes time and for the average user they might not be able if a source is correct. This is where our project comes into play. We wanted to create one website that takes a users health concern and checks to see if it is valid backed with reliable peer reviewed sources. We learned how to take a users input and using ai to send the input to pubmd where it searching articles related and see how true the info is and summarize the info. The user would be able to click a button to have to info be read out loud and another button to copy the summery. We learned more about git, REACT, javascript, python, ai usage, github, collaborating with others and appreciating different styles of communication but working as one.
