It's January right now, so millions of people are joining a gym for the first time and trying to get in shape. The members of our team all joined a gym a few months ago, so we know how confusing and difficult it can be to learn how to workout safely and correctly. One of our biggest issues when we go to the gym is keeping track of our workout and also ensuring that we maintain proper form when we weight lift.

To solve the issue, we decided to create a hands-free app that uses Myo to count the sets and reps for a workout created by the user. Additionally, during each workout, the Myo determines if the form is correct and can alert the user if their form is bad.
