We made a trombone app because we really wanted to use the Myo. While we were brainstorming wrist and finger actions we could take as inputs, we realized that trombone-playing was not only one-handed, but had a variety of arm movements we could take advantage of. It was especially suiting since one of our teammates had played the trombone for 8 years. The decision to develop it as an Android app stemmed from our love of a phone's mobility and our team's language repertoire. We're most proud of the fact that it works (somewhat).
