Inspiration

It is significance of employee requirements in enhancing customer relationships and supporting projects to improve customer experience. Additionally, it emphasizes the role of employee requirements in ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce and safeguarding customers' rights.

What it does

It establishes robust governance, assess risks proactively, detect and address compliance deviations promptly through collaborative effort across the organization and shifting from the “reactive” problem-solving current situation to establishing a “proactive” approach through maximum compliance with laws and regulation.

How we built it

We used React for the frontend and ASP.NET Web API for the backend, and connected them using the Axios library.

In the backend we used Entity Framework to connect with the Sqlite database.

We used the API key we got from Google Gemini API to have access to Gemini 1.5, to use it for the project.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges we encountered was using the Gemini API effectively since none of us knew how to use it because it was new to us, While having to deliver the project in a time while everyone was busy because of exams, but thankfully we were able to meet the deadline.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we have found a solution to a real problem at Mohammed Yousef Naghi Motors Company, which is the management of reports sent by the Ministry of Commerce or the customer during the after-sales service period, also proud that we have been able and taught how to use the Gemini API.

What we learned

We learned how to integrate the Gemini API into a real-world project effectively and how to work as a team to make it a reality. We also gained a sense of the amount of potential AI has in changing people's lives for the better.
