Upon learning about the concerning patient safety concerns, we were astounded by the subpar standards that healthcare practitioners had become accustomed to. To address this issue, we have developed a website that empowers patients to track their medications and receive timely reminders about their dosage schedule. Additionally, this platform provides valuable information about each medication, educating patients on the importance of adhering to their regimens while minimizing the risk of medication errors. Our team has created a sample design of this website utilizing HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
