What it does MYMED AI organizes all patient medical records under a unique patient ID, converts unstructured data into digital form, and enables quick, accurate access to complete medical histories.

How we built it The system was built using a web‑based frontend, AI techniques like OCR and NLP for data extraction, and a secure backend database to store and retrieve patient records efficiently.

Challenges we ran into Handling unstructured medical data, ensuring accurate text extraction, maintaining data privacy, and designing a simple yet professional user interface were major challenges.

Accomplishments that we’re proud of We successfully created an AI‑based system that digitizes medical records, links them correctly, and improves accessibility while reducing manual effort.

What we learned We learned how AI can be applied in healthcare, improved our understanding of data processing, system design, and the importance of user‑centric solutions.
