MyLoop is a web and mobile, healthcare platform for people managing any medical condition, as well as their caregivers. While the comprehensive tool allows for the logging and tracking of vital information for ongoing conditions, its true strength lies in its ability to connect the entire network of caregivers, including professional caregivers, healthcare providers, clinics/hospitals, family, friends, neighbors, community support groups, etc. In the case of a clinical trial, the study partner, clinical trial site coordinator and any others that need to have real-time access to a participant’s activity and compliance can be included in the network.
MyLoop was designed based on the premise that medical records and clinical trials require more than just managing data; it’s sharing information and having a collaborative support system in place for better care management, improved communications, compliance, and outcomes.

MyLoop has three interfaces that work together seamlessly: the PATIENT, CLINIC, and PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVER interface. While some features are the same across all three interfaces, others are unique to their users, as described below.
PATIENT INTERFACE: • Manage any number of health conditions – maintain current problem list; enter data such as BG; BP, notes, etc. • Manage complex medications – set reminders; check if medications taken; maintain up-to date medication list • Create a custom/variable checklist of daily tasks. • Upload and store important documents like healthcare directives; insurance information; clinical trial details, etc. • Add unlimited number of caregivers to the network – Family, friends, neighbors, community support groups, professional in-home and/or facility-based caregivers; healthcare providers; clinics; hospitals; clinical trial site coordinator. • Schedule Instant Touch (IM) reminders. • Send automatic notifications and alerts via email or text message to caregivers; settings are customizable for each caregiver based on defined parameters: out-of-range results, inactivity, dosage changes, etc. • Receive reminders from clinicians and communicate back and forth with them as needed. • Set and display daily activities and personal preferences. • Document current dosages, and access dosage history, including insulin used, carbohydrate ratios, basal rates, insulin sensitivity factors, and more. • Access various reports: (e.g. for Diabetes - BG logs, BG averages by hour and event, percent of BGs in- and out-of-range BGs, etc.) • Use integrated calendar – set one-time or recurring appointments and events; option to document details. • Create emergency contact lists; create and print emergency access card with QR code for use by emergency responders. • Works seamlessly with the Professional caregiver and Clinic interfaces • HIPAA Compliant and EHR Modular Certified (2011 standards)
CLINIC INTERFACE: • Dashboard view to efficiently manage all patients • Access historical and real-time healthcare data anytime, anywhere. • Manage any number of health conditions – maintain current problem list; enter data such as BG; BP, notes, etc. • Manage complex medications and maintain up-to date medication list • Upload and share important documents - clinical trial details, condition(s) information, test results, labs etc. • Add an unlimited number of clinicians to the network. • Document current dosages and access dosage history, (ie. for diabetes - insulin used, carbohydrate ratios, basal rates, insulin sensitivity factors, and more). • Access various reports: BG logs, BG averages by hour and event, percent of BGs in- and out-of-range BGs, etc. • Set individualized patient data/log review schedules. • Works seamlessly with the Patient and Professional Caregiver interfaces. • HIPAA Compliant and .EHR Modular Certified (2011 standards).

It should be noted that we have additional enhancements currently in our development pipeline • Panic App (iPhone; iPad and Android) – When activated, it sends email and/or text alert with map of the location to an emergency contact list with the MyLoop account. There will be an option for it to be tied to emergency response personnel. • Expansion of the inactivity and data triggered alerts to include such things as alerts if medications have not been checked off; “x” weight gain in a day or week; “x” fluids in a day; • In-home sensor monitoring through BeClose – sensors can be placed anywhere in the home; provides an additional layer of security, behavioral analysis; emergency response • Upload of caregiver schedules within the integrated calendar • Professional Caregiver and Healthcare Provider Mobile apps
