InspirationMost food apps treat meals like a finished product in a box. We realized that people are becoming more health-conscious and curious about culinary transparency. We wanted to create a platform where the "how-to" is just as important as the "how much," giving users a deeper connection to the food they order.

What it doesMyfood is a dual-purpose platform. It functions as a seamless food ordering system, but with a unique twist: every menu item is linked to its provenance and preparation process. Users can browse dishes, see step-by-step videos or text-based recipes of how they are made, and then order them directly to their door.

How we built itFrontend: Built with [Insert Tech, e.g., React/Next.js] to ensure a snappy, visual-heavy user interface.

Challenges we ran intoThe biggest hurdle was UI/UX balance. We had to figure out how to display detailed recipe information without cluttering the screen or distracting the user from the primary goal of ordering. We solved this by implementing a "layered" UI where recipe details are available via a smooth "peek-in" drawer or modal.

Accomplishments that we're proud ofSuccessfully integrating a seamless transition between a content-heavy recipe view and a transaction-focused checkout flow.

What we learnedLive Stream Kitchens: Allowing users to see their specific order being prepared in real-time.

Ingredient Sourcing: Adding a map feature to show exactly where the raw ingredients were sourced from.

AI Nutritionist: An AI-powered feature that analyzes the "how it's made" data to give users a precise nutritional breakdown.
