Inspiration
Sometimes all we need is a listening ear, a familiar voice and a community that understands us.
What it does
It is a space to submit your rants and inner thoughts while maintaining anonymity. The content of your rants are sent and run against a model trained on amazing subreddits data. This means that we try to point you to a community that can better understand your concerns and better provide help or listening ear. So we serve as a guide, directing you to where you may really feel safe.
How we built it
We first curated a long list of subreddits that have a good community support. We then scraped the data from the top 500 posts and cleaned the data. We trained the data with and saved the model. We built the frontend with ReactJS, using packages like react-query to provide features like infinite scrolling for better user experience. We built the backend with Go and used MongoDB as our database.

The features are still minimal and there are many other features to add on such as commenting on posts about other relevant reddit posts that may not be found in our curated list.
