Inspiration
We have noticed there are several towns around Catalonia isolated from the UPC campus and its inhabitants have to use non-renewable vehicles to arrive to University. For this reason, we have set ourselves the goal of finding some way to avoid it.
What it does
It provides insights regarding data provided by UPCSostenible and provided ideas to improve and optimize the transport from all around Catalonia to University
How we built it
Firstly, we have used pandas in order to analyze the main patterns of mobility and its problems. Then, to visualize it, we have used Flask combined with Folium to create an interactive webpage with a map of Catalonia to properly visualize it.
Challenges we ran into
The dataset had null values and we had to restruct it because the column names did not have useful names

Learning to use Flask and Folium modules along with geojson and shapefile files.
