My Sewing Pal was created by a developer who spends all her hobby time sewing. I know too well, what frustrates and troubles users from within the sewing community face as I too have faced. I wanted to create an app that can truly help a sewist. I wanted to include everyday tools that take so much guesswork out of creating something at the sewing machine. I knew just how important it was to be able to have stashes for all our threads, patterns & haberdashery in our pocket on the go to help us stop buying duplicates when in the store. Project tracking too, is a massive tool to help us stay organised and making sure a crafter can include every detail they could possibly think of in their project. The thing I am most proud of by far is the digital quilters wall. As someone who is low on space, a quilters wall is something I have always desired but never been able to have. Creating a digital version has turned into such a great tool where I can see what works, what doesn’t work and move the pieces of fabric around digitally without needing to clear a whole room out. I am truly proud of this app and all that has gone into it. I am entering V1.1 and the latest update added a few easier to use tools such as rotation on the quilters wall, better sizing for all devices and easy to use camera for stashes, wishes and quilts. This is just the beginning and I can't wait to continue to help sewists achieve their sewing dreams.
