Inspiration## Inspiration
As a beginner in IT, I wanted to create my very first project to showcase my skills and start my journey in web development. I was inspired to build something simple but useful — a personal portfolio website.
What it does
This project is a basic portfolio website that includes an "About Me" section, my skills, and contact details. It serves as a starting point for my future projects and a way to present myself online.
How I built it
I built this project using simple HTML and CSS. This helped me learn how to structure web pages and style them effectively.
Challenges I ran into
Since I am a beginner, I faced challenges in designing the layout and keeping the structure clean. Learning how to align sections and apply consistent styling was a new experience.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I am proud that I was able to complete my first-ever portfolio project, which will help me in future learning and also serve as a starting point for bigger projects.
What I learned
I learned the basics of web development:
- Writing HTML structure
- Adding CSS styles
- Building a simple but working portfolio website
What's next for My Portfolio Website
I plan to expand this website by adding more projects, using JavaScript for interactivity, and improving the design with responsive layouts.
