Inspiration
I wanted to learn about Rest API architecture and at the same time challenge myself to build an API in a hackathon. The main inspiration was just having fun exploring the .NET framework and trying to build something with it in a competitive environment.
What it does
It returns Command Line Interface commands and short notes so the user can remind themselves of commands they are prone to forgetting.
How I built it
Built with C#, .NET Core Framework, Postman, and SQL server. The documentation from link was really useful.
Challenges I ran into
Building this while having no prior knowledge on APIs was the hard part. There was a lot of ground to cover and very little time to do it. But the hardship was worth every single second and hard work is a third of the way there.
