Inspiration
Inspiring by successful projects like The Sand Box, Decentraland, Animal Crossing, our project is becoming a colorful unlimited map with excellent 3D graphics applying Blockchain technology.
What it does
We provide tools for people to design, support users in making digital assets, and provide a marketplace for commercializing these products. Besides, there are various interesting games, events, and exhibitions in this virtual world, which make players stay in Metaverse.
How we built it
We start with developers who love open-world, socialization, and creative games... We are also technology enthusiasts, always learning and applying advanced technology to life. We really want to upgrade a very popular product on web2.0 like Animal Crossing to web3.0 platform and apply more special features to make the project become a bigger platform where people Users can freely create, explore and "live" in that world as their second world. Although inspired by the giants in the game industry, our team is still oriented to develop the platform independently and creatively.
Challenges we ran into
During the development process, we encountered many challenges because it can be said that Metaverse was one of the new concepts in the market at that time. In addition, reaching out to the community and communicating the ideals of the product is also a long journey.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Up to now, the My Meta Farm project has gradually formed shape and seems to meet the features that most users need in a Metaverse product. In addition, we are always researching, developing and applying the most advanced features to provide the best user experience. One of the things that makes us really proud is the community of My Meta Farm. After more than half a year of the project launch, we have gained more than 70k Twitter followers, 45k members in Discord server, and more than 4000 registered users of the platform (currently My Meta Farm has launched a MVP version)
What we learned
We learned a lot in product development, software engineering, customer support as well as market research skills. However, what we are most interested in is that a product only succeeds when it solves the market pain point and all the reasons for the product's development must be from the user.
What's next for My Meta Farm
We have a specific plan for development direction in the next 10 years and beyond. One of the main milestones to be achieved in the near future is a complete version of My Meta Farm (expected to be released in 2023).
