Inspiration
"My Love is Ukraine" was born from deep emotional reflection on the suffering and resilience of the Ukrainian people. I was inspired by nature, Vedic wisdom, and the inner strength I witnessed around me. The verses are my own - written from the heart, then translated and adapted into English.
What I Learned
I learned how to transform poetic emotion into visual storytelling using AI tools. I explored how rhythm, symbolism, and cinematic transitions can evoke spiritual awakening and national healing.
Creation Process
I wrote the poem first, then used Suno to generate music and voice. Visuals were crafted with Kling AI, Runway Gen, Luma Dream Machine, Vivago AI, Genmo.ai, labs.google , Fotor, VDTI, and CapCut. The video blends stormy desolation with golden revival - symbolizing rebirth.
Challenges
One challenge was translating poetic depth into English while keeping emotional resonance. Another was aligning AI-generated visuals with the metaphysical tone of the poem. I also faced technical limits in rendering and editing across platforms.

"My Love is Ukraine" is a poignant music video that weaves a narrative of struggle, awakening, and rebirth, inspired by the director’s personal observations and the lived experiences of the Ukrainian people. Drawing from a deep understanding of Ukraine’s history, the film reflects on how, despite being one of the world’s richest countries in natural resources, fertile lands, and minerals, its people have endured poverty and exploitation. This paradox stems from self-appointed authorities—masquerading as a state—whose primary goal has been personal enrichment, robbing the nation and fragmenting it over decades of so-called independence. These harsh realities, coupled with collective manipulation and fear, have distorted the nation’s worldview, fueling internal unrest and external turmoil. The video’s visuals and lyrics tell a transformative story: "Ukraine is destitute, it weeps upon our faces. The gentlemen have robbed, their reign has ended! A new dawn has broken, bright and beautiful days. He rose from his knees and broke all the curses, healed by love, he shattered the heavy chains." The journey begins with dark imagery—hands in black gloves greedily gathering gold from mountain crevices, symbolizing oligarchic greed, as a statue representing the people stirs under stormy skies. As the earth rises and the hands disintegrate into golden light, the statue awakens, its eyes opening to a new reality. This mirrors the lyrics: "Winds for a long time, leaving this wonderful land. Through tears, the people rise, happy once again." Rooted in Vedic wisdom, the narrative shifts to the power of living in the ## "Here and Now" ##, where happiness and harmony can restore balance. This signifies that true rebirth and happiness arise when our inner state remains unshaken by external events we witness around us. By sustaining inner harmony and love over time, a profound transformation begins to manifest externally, reflecting a deeper alignment with peace and joy. The awakening spreads, as "lovely fields sparkled in the sky, and waterfalls in the mountains began to flow," symbolizing a collective rise from a deep slumber. This rebirth is both personal and national, reflecting the growing awareness among Ukrainians to reclaim their harmony, a movement that radiates outward. The foundation of this music video lies in the author’s personally written verses, translated and adapted into English, adding a deeply personal layer to the narrative. The video’s innovative visuals—blending stormy desolation with golden revival—echo the song’s message of healing and unity, making it a powerful tribute to Ukraine’s enduring spirit.
