Inspiration

I've always wanted to dive into Forge programming and start learning how it works, how it could benefit me, and so on.

What it does

This is a simple Confluence plugin that displays, in a Macro, the number of comments for the current page.

How we built it

Following Atlassian's tutorial to create my first app, I went ahead and tested it and what it can do.

Challenges we ran into

Mostly learning from nothing to create this app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The app works as expected and we haven't had any complications in creating it.

What we learned

I learned how an Atlassian's Forge up is build, the files it needs, how a regular deploy works, etc.

What's next for MY Hello World

I want to start investigating different use cases so I can test various possibilities in the app, such as user input, external calls, interface modifications, and so on.

Things that could help both clients and myself as potential new features.
