Understanding your Customers need is very essential for progress of any businesses. For effective progress of every business, there is a serious need to monitor comments, reviews and products sentiments in every customers feedback.
The application uses Expert.AI Sentimental API to detect and analyze the customers Products feedback to determine if the Feedback is Positive(Happy Mood), Negative(Sad Mood) and Neutral(Mild Mood)

At this Points, Expert.AI Sentimental API can verify and detect Positivity and Negativity in every Customers Feedback within this application. Feedback Neutrality is calculated on the fly where both the value of Sentiments Positivity and Negativity from the Expert.AI is equal to Zero(0). This is according to Expert.AI Engineers.
What it does
The Application allows Customers to Share their Services, Brands or Products Feedback which is being analyzed sentimentally via Expert.AI Sentiments API call in other to determine the Customers moods, reactions and needs about a certain Products or Items.
The Application has both Admin and Customers Front End.
The Admin or Customers Registers within the applications and can then login from their Separate Front Ends.
1.) The Customer Published a Brand/Products Feedback. This will trigger a Real-time Notifications to all
the Companies Admins in the platform. The Feedback is processed by the venerable Expert.AI Sentimental API in other to determine the Feedback Positivity, Negativity or Neutrality
which helps the Companies Admin in analyzing Customers moods (Happy, Sad, Mild etc.) and needs about a certain products.
They can be further conversation in the comments sections for the said Published Feedback. Eg. The Company Admin can send a Thank You Message to the Customer for the shared Brands/Products Feedback. This will send a real-time notification alerts to the Customer to that effects.
2.) The Admin can access all the published Products Feedback from their respective Admin Ends.
Admin and Customers can also check the Feedback to get more insight or details by clicking on Analyze Feedback Sentiments in Details.
3.) Admin can also Update Customers Feedback Status to (Open/Closed) and Feedback Priority to High, Medium,Low. Any of this updates will send a real-time notification alerts to the Customers. They can be further conversation in the comments sections for the said Feedback.
4.) Feedback Sentimental Calendar Tracking System: This Calendar System allows the Company Admin to easily track and access all the feedback published on the platform at various time intervals.
5.) Feedback Sentimental Statistical Chart System: This Chart System is used to analyzed and visualized various Sentiments about Customers Feedback over time.
