This iOS app creates a new Notebook called My Fitness Diary in your Evernote account. You can create your workouts, diet and measurements ( weight, body fat % and photos ) using the app and they are automatically saved as notes/entries in your notebook. Your first two entries are saved using our Premium Template and the rest using our Basic Templates as part of the free version. ( You can upgrade to the Premium version right from within the App ). This app is perfect for people starting a fitness challenge or tracking their fitness. You can share your Evernote fitness diary with your others so they can track your progress. The photos you capture ( especially for the before and after ) are automatically date and timestamped so you can share them with others.
