Inspiration
Verdant3D was built to redefine how users interact with 3D botanical environments on the web, bridging the gap between static 2D product catalogs and interactive spatial visualization.
What it does
It provides an interactive 3D foliage visualizer and architectural plant catalog powered by real-time Spline 3D scenes and WebGL rendering.
How I built it
Built using React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Spline 3D runtime (@splinetool/runtime), and Three.js.
Challenges I ran into
Handling WebGPU context state warnings during dynamic model unmounting and ensuring smooth frame rates across different screen sizes.
Built With
- css
- javascript
- react
- spline
- tailwind
- three.js
- vite
