Inspiration

In our daily lives, we always come across many tasks to complete and we often don't have any clue about how to complete these tasks or reach our goals. and we often waste our time researching how to complete and what steps need to be followed. This pre-research consumes a lot of our time and leads to no progress towards our goal. In between it is also possible that we might lose our motivation for doing tasks as the prior activities might make us feel overwhelmed. This leads to a decrease in success rates and low motivation to complete the task.

What it does

This app does all the research work for us and provides us with a plan that can be executed immediately to achieve our goals. It also includes a chatbot that helps us to clarify our doubts and reduce the confusion. It also provides a step-by-step approach and sets micro goals for achieving. Also increases success rates by constantly motivating the user throughout the journey. The app also estimates the time it takes to reach your goal so that you can set realistic goals. This app makes a great career mentor for young ones and also a great companion who pushes you forward to finish your tasks and helps you set new boundaries by challenging your limits.

How we built it

We built it using Partyrock.aws the app consists of 3 widgets one consists of input from the user Another consists of the Plan which the user needs to follow to achieve their goals. then the third one is the chatbot which helps clarify the doubts of the user and motivates the user throughout the journey.

Challenges we ran into

Partyrock is an easy no-code tool for creating apps. In the beginning, I had to explore the partyrock help section and guide to create an app and it helped me a lot it is my first time using partyrock it took me a few minutes to realize how it works.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our app can take any kind of goals, like cooking learning a new skill, getting better, etc. From there it asks you questions with the help of a chatbot and lets you know what should be your short-term goals and long-term goals. This not only helps people but also lets them decide which path to choose and can be a good long-term guide for the people. I think using GenAI for our goal setting and as a mentor is the time-saving and smartest way to achieve goals efficiently with minimal effort.

What we learned

we learned to create apps using a new tool called partyrock.aws which I have never used before. This saves a lot of time and helps to finish tasks efficiently. Such kind of tool is very helpful for new developers who are confused. This platform helps to solve problems by erasing the limitations and wiping off the border between the ones who can code and the ones who can not.

What's Next for My Digi Mentor App

In My Digi Mentor App, the next feature is to add a flowchart for the plan and track live user progress which helps the users visualize their progress and get rewards. Visualizing their progress helps users to boost their confidence and work more to words their goals.
