Inspiration
People can offer so many things out of their personal time or share the use of many of their belongings. NFTs give the opportunity to organize and track the rights to use these valuable resources, while providing compensation and allowing for transfer.
What it does
NFTs are created for each Deed that a user can define and the ownership of the rights inscribed in the Deed are easily transferable on Polygon.
How we built it
A seed smart contract is deployed for everyone, and then anyone can deploy a personal Minter that will let them create new NFT for each Deed that is crafted. A Progressive Web App has been developed to let the Deed creator deploy new NFTs and then other participants freely transfer the ownership of the corresponding NFT.
What's next for Words & Deeds
Through a partnership with Polygon, this solution can be offered to the community to let people issue and trade Deed materializing the services or resources they can offer.
