Inspiration
Inspiration comes from observing the users behaviour and studying the italian dealers' market. Today having a tool to manage the car history and keep track of all the documents is fundamental.
What it does
My Car App allows users to receive notifications when their car insurance and other legal elements are expiring. It also allows them to receive targeted offers and discounts from their dealer of reference.
Challenges I ran into
The App has to offer the best possible user experience but, at the same time, it has to be effecient Client's side. So the challenge here is to find the right balance between UX expectations and marketing constraints.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The app is taking shape day after day. To date we have already created the wireframes, the user journey trough them, and we are building the applicaiton skeletron.
