App-exact team always searches for problems and always try to find solutions , we made a research and contacted some confluence users and found that an confluence documents management system is not optimal . So we wanted to create the solution.

What it does

My bookmark manager for confluence is a way to organize your confluence pages, it saves them as bookmarks , schedule time to read them , sort them in categories created by the user , and the latest feature is a text summarizer that uses the textrank algorithm to extract most relevant sentences from the text to help users go throw large documents .

How we built it

App-exact team used only the Atlassian forge framework .

Challenges we ran into

App-exact team faced some challenges while building , for example , Queries can only target the key field so it’s harder for us because we had to refilter the data , considering the limitations and quotas, we had to put most of the logic on the client side .

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we had the chance to work on this project ,we gained a lot of experience specially being students . Also to be one of the first to develop an application that helps manage confluence documents , our approach was unique . The achievement that we are most proud of is that we published My bookmark manager for confluence on the marketplace and being a market place partner .

What we learned

We had a beautiful experience working on My bookmark manager for confluence . We learned how to code serverless application , work with professional consulting teams , the confluence ideology and the use of Atlassian way to manage projects.
