My Anime Physique

Inspiration

The inspiration for My Anime Physique came from our group's collective interest in anime and the gym. We thought that many people would want to achieve those "unrealistic" body goals from those shows that seem to glorify "unattainable" body types- We aim to make them attainable.

What it does

My Anime Physique is an app that would assist the user in achieving their specified body goal. The user can enter their own body measurements and then choose what character they would like to be their end goal. Once that goal is set, the app will assist the user by making meal plans, exercise routines, and giving tips on health. What makes this app unique is the assistance from your favorite character.

How we built it

We built our app as a prototype in Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges we ran into were technical difficulties with not being very experienced with Figma as our team consists of beginners. We would have to self-teach or pull someone to help us. Additionally, we ran into trouble with figuring out how we would want the app to actually work.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Accomplishments we're proud of definitely include learning Figma so quickly and suddenly.

What we learned

In terms of this project, we learned a lot about Figma and how to use it. We also expanded upon our collaborative skills and working in a team.

What's next for My Anime Physique

Whats next for My Anime Physique? As a project from a group of people who didn't know each other beforehand, we do not see ourselves expanding on this. However, it was an amazing learning experience that provided a lot of fun and provided much-needed hands-on work.
