I'm a firm believer that anyone can improve their proficiency with practice so I wanted to see how I used my 24 hrs. The data set consisted of movement data collect from my UP band from March 10 - June 30 2013, which was then filtered down to the last 8 weeks. The movement data reflected my active and inactive time, number of steps, and distance traveled.
I primarily focused on the active and inactive time for this visualization. In addition, I also used an app called "Timing" to track application usage on my laptop for the same duration of time. Each application was then categorized by mental modality , information processing style, and activity type.
