Why I created this app.

The app has agency section and users section. Most of transport information's like fair cost, pricing, bus arrival and departure time of various agencies can change over time. how can those changes be reflected for users to see. if we build a static app by mere picking few static info. so we created a system that can allow all agencies to add and modify all available information. all this info are available to all users accessing the app. If you are a taxi agency like Uber, you can visit Biz Page Option to create info. a user trying to access taxi can access content from access option.

My multi-modal system work by allowing all agencies to add their info's via biz page from the agencies section instead of picking outdated infos. all this are available to all mexico city users in real time from Access option.. The video covers agencies and some part of users section.

Few Things to know ABOUT Agencies and Users(Citizens & Visitors).....

1.) City Updates Option: Enable Agencies and Mexico City Users to Share Text, Photos and videos regarding Mexico City Events, News,transportation and road incident in realtime.
2.) Update Profile Option: Enable Agencies and Users to Update their Profiles.
3.) Biz Page Option: Enable Agencies to Update their Companies Data.
4.) Access Option: Enable Agencies/Users to access all agencies provided data like bus/taxi arrival & departure time, pricing cost, booking,setting of bus/taxi arrival reminders,sms,email and chat communications etc.
5.) Sales Option: Enable Agencies to see people who book or place order on their products along with their Payment Info.
6.) Paypal Option: Enable Agencies to Update their Paypal Email Accounts to enable them to recieve Payments into their Paypal Accounts.
7.) Milestone Option: Enable Agencies to create a Milestone Payment and send to Users so that they can pay for products using Paypal Accounts.

8.) Your Purchase Option: Enable Citizens & Visitors to see all their orders and bookings .
9.) Payment Option: Enable Citizens & Visitors to see all payments details regarding all their orders and bookings .

10.) Reminder Option: Enable Citizens & Visitors to see all the Reminders already set from the Transport Agencies Profiles regarding the bus arrival and depature time for buses,taxi at various bustop. The default settings is 15 MINS. Depending on the bustop name you set, you will always get an alert 15 mins before arrival and departure time of any bus/taxi transiting that bustop. If you are an office staff, this 15 mins will enable you to close things and work down to the stations to catch a ride..

About the App & Discussion with my online Mexican GirlFriend

It all began with discussion with my Mexican Online Girl Friend. I told her that I wants to come and stay with her in Mexico perhaps to look for a Job. So when this opportunity comes up, we had a serious conversation that land us into making contribution in solving Mexico City Hospitals,Parking Lots,Hotels,Security(Police & Roadsafety), Transportation and Carbon Emission Issues.

Here are the 3 discussions we had.

1.)Honey(GirlFriend): Mexico city has Population of close to 9 million People. Is there a possibility of creating a highly technological app that can handle the work assuming 9 million mexico city users are online? what about realtime data updates

SweetHeart(BoyFriend): Yes Dear, I will leverage the same techology used by facebook to build a highly realtime scalable app that can handle any traffic without causing any work-load on the server. I will be using XMPP,Nodejs and Socket.Io for realtime updates and Chat conversation System.

2.)Honey(GirlFriend): We need an educative System that allows mexico City Users to know what is happening in Mexico City. For instance, we will need a system like facebook that can allows us shares Mexico City News to the Public,Road/traffic events,Criminal Report issues etc...

SweetHeart(BoyFriend): Yes Dear, to solve this issue, I have integrated a facebook like system that allows mexico city users to share posts,photos and videos of any events. Every mexico City Users gets notified in realtime whenever an post is shared..

3.)Honey(GirlFriend): Mexico City has numerous carbon emission issues which leads to some companies shutting down their automobile plants when carbon emission in the city is at its peak. I discovered that this is due to excessive vehicle on the roads coupled with industrial automobile plants leading to high combustion of Petroleum which causes emission. how can this carbon emission be drastically minimized...

SweetHeart(BoyFriend): Yes Dear, You know too many vehicle on the road was due to lack of proper Multi-modal transport in the city as Citizens/Visitors moves about going for their endearvours ranging from office work,looking for Taxi,Buses, looking for Parking Lots,going to Hospital for Medical Checkup,looking Hotels to Lodge, Restaurants to buy food.
To tackle this emission issues, to minimized too many vehicle on the roads, to ensure a good multi-modal system and to ensure that people travel only when they need to do so. Mexico City needs a good Decentralized Database System that takes care of this.

Transportations:

We created a Decentralized System that allow all the Taxi,Car,Buses, Train etc to updates their agencies data contents along with their Paypal Account Info that will be available for all the Mexican City Users. The app takes data like Transport agency Name,Taxi/Car Series,Locations,photos,Price Per KM of Coverage,mobile contacts,emails,Bus arrival and Depature Time at various bustop.

Assuming someone is at balderas and wants to know the bus arrival and depature time, He/She will just enter the bustopId or Bustop name eg Balderas in the searchbox and all the Buses and Taxi transiting the bustop will be showned along with their arrival and depature time. One can set up a Bus 15 minutes arrival Reminder. This Bus arrival reminder is good because if bus will arrive in balderas bustop by 5:30 Pm, You will be notified in 5:15 PM via Online Realtime Alert,SMS and Email messages..
Again one looking for a Bus,Taxi,Bicycle to hire will be able to hire/book a Car from Agencies Profiles by entering her Pick-Up Locations and Destinations. The app calculates the distance of the travel in KM along with the Price Per KM and User will be able to know her Fees. The User will be able to communicate with any transport agency via Chat System,SMS and can pay her fees using paypal account........

Parking Lots:

We created a Decentralized System that allow all the Parking Lots Agency etc to updates their agencies data contents along with their Paypal Account Info that will be available for all the Mexican City Users. The app takes data like agency Name,Available Space Category,Total Available,Locations,photos,Price Per Space Category,mobile contacts,emails,Map Locations,addresses.

You can Imagine Petroleum Emission that can occur when someone is desperately looking for a parking space. what will you do if you get to Balderas only to find out that all the parking lots is filled up. Look before you leap. Assuming you are looking for car parking lots in balderas, all you have to do is go to Access-->Parking Lots and type balderas and all the parking lots in Balderas will be showed along with their total available space, Prices per space,Map Locations to the Agency...

The User will be able to communicate with any Parking Lots agency via Chat System,SMS and can pay her fees using paypal account........

Hospitals:

We created a Decentralized System that allow all the Hospitals/Health Agency etc to updates their agencies data contents along with their Paypal Account Info that will be available for all the Mexican City Users. The app takes data like Hospital agency Name,Their Services(eg.Eye Care, Kidney Dialysis etc),Doctors Available,Locations,photos,Hospital Map Locations,addresses,mobile contacts,emails.

A lot of people travel to hospital for medical checkup during and after they have been discharge, we create sms,Email and Chat conversation system that allow all users to communicate effectively with all Health agencies via text, photo and Video Chat sharing option.

Again You can Imagine Petroleum emission that will occur when someone who wants to perform heart surgery travels to a hospital in Tacubaya only to find out that the hospital deals only on Eye Care...
A user who is looking for hospital in Balderas can just go to Access-->Hospital and enter Balderas in the search box and all the hospitals around Balderas will be showed along with their Map Locations.
Again if You are looking for Hospital that deals on Dental(Teeth), You can just type Dental and all the hospital that deals on dental will be showed.

Patients can make online Payments using Paypal. The Hospital Agency Create and Send Milestone with the Patients/Username along with the amount payable while the User recieves realtime alerts and makes online payment using Paypal...

Hotels,Restaurants:

We created a Decentralized System that allow all the Hotels,Restaurants Agency etc to updates their agencies data contents along with their Paypal Account Info that will be available for all the Mexican City Users. The app takes data like agency Name,Rooms Available,Rooms Category, Prices Per Room, Types of Foods Available, Hotel Facilities like Airconditions, Internets, Swimming Pools , Bar etc, Hotel Map Locations,photos,addresses,mobile contacts,emails.etc
This minimized uncessary traveling in search of Hotels,Restaurants as Users could be able to order or book rooms, food online and can make payment using their Paypal account. we create sms,Email and Chat conversation system that allow all users to communicate effectively with all Hotel agencies via text, photo and Video Chat sharing option.

Petroleum Stations:

Hey you are in balderas and want to know whether if there is any Petrol Stations within Balderas that has Petrol,Gas,Kerosine etc. Just go to Access--->Pertoleum Station and type balderas in the searchbox and all the Petroleum Stations within the Balderas will be showed along with their Map Locations, Petrol,Kerosnine,Gas availability and non availablity Respectively...

Security(Police and Road-safety):

About Paypal:

For you to be able to recieve payments when someone place an order or when you sent Milestone, you must first create a seller account with Paypal and then submit your Paypal Account Opening Email Address in the form Provided within the paypal option. Click on Paypal to see details.
