“Mwangaza,” meaning light in Swahili, was inspired by the need to bring transparency and organization to property management. Many landlords and tenants still rely on manual systems — spreadsheets, calls, or even paper — which often leads to confusion, missed payments, and miscommunication.
I wanted to build a platform that illuminates (hence Mwangaza) the entire rental process — offering clarity, accountability, and efficiency for everyone involved.
