Inspiration

I've always personally been interested in music generation.

What it does (Premise):

-Analyzes different midi files with the intention of creating a markov chain to be used to create future music.

How I built it

• Used Jfugue to get information about the midi files ## Challenges I ran into
• Understanding Jfugue. ## Accomplishments that I'm proud of

What I learned

-A little bit about how to interpret midi files through Java.

What's next for MusicGen

-Still need to finish it and work on creating the markov chain - (this also involves figuring out which parameters to use) -Still need to create a way of generating random music using Jfugue.
