Inspiration
Music is one of those skills that every one wants to learn. Especially learning to play an instrument.
But it can be really daunting. To learn a new song, you first need to learn sheet music. And to play it, would take days of practice. The learning curve is too steep. That's why so many people give up quickly.
Is there a better way to learn music?
What if you can overlay the notes of a song directly onto your instrument? All you'd need to do is play the note at the right time. That is exactly what this lens does.
** Music StAR is Snapchat lens that overlays musical notes onto a Kalimba/Thumb Piano. The notes fall down like a waterfall and you just have to flick the tine as a note touches the black bar. **
Instrcutions to use
- Download the image marker from this link.
- Cut it out and paste it at the top of your Kalimba. Make sure to line up the lines on the image marker with the tines of the Kalimba. This particular image marker works with the 17-tine version of the Kalimba.
- Then scan the snapcode given above and point your phone at the kalimba with image marker.
- Prop your phone up in a coffee mug (as shown above) and point it at the kalimba with the image marker.
- That's it! Start playing. If the speed is too fast for you, tap on slow mode to slow it down. Play/pause when needed.
