Music NFTify

Inspiration

Computer-generated music is something I was always very interested in and web3 being the talk of the town these days I thought of doing a project combing both of these cool ideas!

What it does

Music NFTify is a platform that allows anyone to create computer-generated music that can be minted into NFTs. These NFTs help creators monetize their tracks and let enthusiasts collect cool computer-generated music NFTs.

How I built it

The web platform is built using ReactJS. The computer-generated music is created using Magenta.js. The NFTs are minted on the Hedera public ledger.

Challenges I ran into

Tuning the computer-generated was a difficult task. Also integrating it into a React App was pretty challenging. But I am glad I was able to do it!

What we learned

Generating music using Magenta Js, Leveraging the web3 stack hedera provides.

What's next for Music NFTify

Building a mobile first website and making it more accessible.
