Inspiration I always had a passion for music as a kid and I would listen to the radio a lot. Sometimes, when I found a song that I liked, I did not know the name of the song, so I would become disappointed. Also, I like expanding my song choices because I liked to perform them on piano.
What it does This bot give different opinions of choices of music to listen to. We also have a search bar on the website to look for more information about the music.
How we built it We got the API of Twitter, so we can post tweets with the program Python.
Challenges we ran into The lack of team mates. One of our team mates left early.
Accomplishments that we're proud of we can actually post tweets outside of Twitter
What we learned how to work better as a team to reach a certain goal. Also we learned how to use Python to post tweets on Twitter.
What's next for Music Bot Based on your type of genre for music, you will receive a song lyrics from that genre.
News: Music bot is now movie bot !!! I restarted this project recently and transformed it to be a twitter bot that post informations about new movies on theaters. Take a look @bot9392 on twitter!
