Inspiration

We've always wanted to get song recommendations off of our most listened to songs, and never really had a chance to do that with as much control as we liked.

What it does

Uses the Spotify API to load your top songs, build recommendations off of them, and creates a playlist from those songs.

How we built it

React front end with a Flask Backend.

Challenges we ran into

• using the backend we built with our front end
• working together with completely different skill sets
• working within the hackathon time constraints and environment

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• Using flask to pull top songs from the spotify api and build recommendations off of that
