One of the challenges that consulting firms face is finding the right team for a project, whether it's because skills are outdated, teams are unbalanced, or consultants don't know what opportunities are available. To help solve that problem, we created Linked Out, a feedback and skill analysis application that allows consultants to endorse their peers and track new opportunities via Slack. Enterprise leadership will be able to share new opportunities and track who is interested via a skill analytics dashboard.
By posting opportunities in the web portal and creating a way for consultants to respond via Enterprise Slack, Linked Out will provide transparency and communication between leadership and consultants.
