Inspiration
Munich might very well be one of the nicest city to live in, however lots of people are not exploring it to the fullest.
What it does
MunichGo is a game inspired app, hat aims to make exploring munich as simple as possible. It provides a map of the entire city that slowly reveals itself while you explore new places, keeping track of visited locations, saved places and can even suggest new places you might be interested in based on geolocation. By visiting new locations, you slowly fill up your Munidex with sights and unlock achivements. From the motion data, the app infers your mean of transport, giving suggestions to alternative modes that might increase your enviromental score and suggests close by places you might be interested in on the fly.
How we built it
The app is built natively for IOS devices using swift. With a python backend

We built a beautiful Ui that can is not only enjoable to use but might actually add some value to the users munich experience.
What we learned
We learned native IOS programming Api construction in Flask and MongoDb Atlas Database Management.
