Inspiration Banks handle large datasets daily. We wanted to create a simple, clean way for them to visualize this data and gain insights quickly.
What it does Mundia displays interactive, filterable charts based on financial and sentiment data. It helps banks monitor trends and make informed decisions.
How we built it We used React for the frontend, Tailwind for styling, and Node.js with Sequelize for the backend. Chart.js handles the visualizations.
Challenges we ran into Handling large datasets efficiently and implementing dynamic time-based filters were tough. Styling responsive layouts also took time.
Accomplishments that we're proud of We built a working dashboard with smooth interactivity, pagination, and clean design—all within a limited timeframe.
What we learned We improved our skills in data processing, charting libraries, and frontend/backend integration. Tailwind was also a new tool for us.
What's next for Mundia We plan to add real-time data updates, user authentication, and support for uploading external datasets securely.
