Our inspiration: Two of our team members are friends with multiple people who suffer from severe food allergies. They've seen firsthand how difficult it can be to find meals and restaurants who can accommodate to these allergies. Even with accommodations our team members have seen first-hand how hard it can be to have a variety of food when you suffer from multiple food allergies.

What it does: Munch is a fictitious company that takes user input about their allergies, and provides meals and restaurants the user can eat/visit. The restaurants are also rated by users who face the same allergies.

How we built it: We built much using scratch. We used sprites and user input to run the program.

Challenges we ran into: We built a prototype of Munch that was unsuccessful using HTML and CSS. We spent hours on this that we could've put into improving our Scratch program.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: We are proud of getting through this hackathon. We first encountered a few issues but we persevered and reached the end which is the most important part!

What we learned: We learned that through hard work we can it through anything as a team. We also learned not to overestimate our coding abilities as we had issues with HTML and CSS.

What's next for Munch: Much still has a lot of improving to go. Munch could take more user input and provide more outcomes as to have more variety. Munch also could use a website instead of a Scratch program. Ultimately, Munch is missing a lot of work; however, it is not work that cannot be done in the future.
