Inspiration

Inspired by Everything Everywhere All at Once, we wanted to create a dreamlike AIGC experience where imagination has no limits. The project explores identity, transformation, and the idea of being anyone you want.

What it does

The video invites viewers into a layered dream world, showcasing diverse character concepts and surreal environments. It’s both a visual spectacle and an exploration of limitless possibilities in storytelling through AIGC.

How we built it

We spent 100+ hours generating and refining 50+ character concepts, consuming 1000+ tokens along the way. Each concept went through iterations in AIGC tools, followed by compositing and animation to craft a cohesive dreamscape.

Challenges we ran into

Managing hundreds of generated assets while maintaining a consistent visual style was demanding. Balancing the surreal inspiration with coherent storytelling and optimizing token usage were also key challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully translating 50+ concepts into a cohesive, immersive AIGC video. The project demonstrates our ability to combine technical AIGC workflows with creative storytelling, delivering a dreamlike experience.

What we learned

We deepened our understanding of AIGC pipelines, iteration strategies, and creative direction for large-scale conceptual projects. We also learned how to balance creative ambition with practical constraints like token limits and time.

We aim to expand this concept into interactive experiences, allowing users to explore and become part of their own dream multiverse, bridging AIGC storytelling with player agency.
