Subtitles alone are not enough—language switching should feel natural and seamless. 🧠 What I Learned Basics of video processing and frame timing Speech-to-text and translation integration Audio-video synchronization UI/UX design for simple workflows For example, video duration is calculated as: 🛠️ How I Built It Frontend using HTML, CSS, JavaScript Backend with Python/Node.js Used FFmpeg for video processing Integrated speech recognition and translation APIs Applied frame blending for smooth transitions: 🚧 Challenges Syncing translated audio with original video Managing large video processing time Maintaining translation accuracy 🚀 Outcome The app allows users to upload a video, choose languages, generate translated audio, apply smooth transitions, and export multilingual-ready content.
