Update: Writing "Parkour Castle" Episodes Based on Real Parkour History

I’ve started writing the first episodes of the "Parkour Castle" animated series, directly inspired by my book "The Art of Transition: Parkour & Freerunning" The show is not just fictional; it is rooted in real people, real training, and real parkour history in Syria.

The main mentor character in the series is based on my own journey as a coach and founder of parkour in Syria, while several core characters are inspired by actual team members who trained, performed, and grew with me over the years. One of the key groups in the story is adapted from the "crazy five" the original crew who helped me spread parkour through live shows, workshops, and public events.

By grounding the series in true experiences, Parkour Castle aims to give children and youth an honest, inspiring, and scientifically-informed view of movement, courage, friendship, and healthy living.
