Gnosis Safe is deployed to multiple chains but the gnosis safe react application does not allow you to deploy a single vault onto multiple chains at once

Inspiration

Using gnosis safe on ethereum mainnet is great, but using the same addresses and confirmation setup across any EVM chain is even better

How we built it

Going through all the gnosis react code and finding where we can leverage it for multiple chains
